Hi! My name is Cathy. Although I am an ok cook, I am an excellent baker! I make a killer chocolate chip cookie. And I am working on perfecting my pie crusts.
I have gone through many electric mixers in my time. Some I adored and used until they fell apart. Others, I used a few times and stuck away in a drawer or cabinet because they just didn’t do a good job, or they didn’t last long.
