Electric mixer aids individuals to make thing better. But in my opinion you still have to use whisk in order to eliminate lumps.

I think no one(especially bakers) would ever like go back mixing dough by just using a spoon. It’s very tiring and time consuming. Thanks to this man that invented the electric mixer to make cooking and baking quicker and easier.
